It is a requirement that the minimum adult to child ratios are maintained throughout the day. Birth-2 years: 1:3 2-3 years: 1:5 3+ years: 1:8 (1:13 for QTS) The ratio for children aged 2 years has changed from a 1:4 ratio to a 1:5 ratio. It is our aim to maintain a 1:4 ratio. All adults working with children have an advanced DBS clearance.

Yes, we believe that spending time outdoors is paramount for children's development. In addition to our free flow set up, with a garden attached to each room, we also take the children on regular local outings as much as possible.

We will provide all meals and snacks for your child throughout their time at nursery; you will have a daily record of what they have eaten and we also cater for all dietary needs. Children on our term time pre-school offer will need to bring their own packed lunch which meet our requirements for safety. The welfare of all children and adults is paramount to us and we must remain mindful of allergies and intolerances being controlled within the setting. We are a No Nuts setting.

No. We want every day to be a day of fun and learning so children should wear clothes that they feel comfortable in, which are appropriate for the weather, and which can be easily washed if they get messy. For information about Forest School kit please see the Forest School section.

Yes, we have a car park on site to allow easy drop off and collection for you and your child.

We are open all year round, with the exception of weekends, bank holidays and the week between Christmas and New Year.

Payment for nursery fees is made monthly. You will be sent an invoice in advance. We also accept 15 and 30 hours' funding as well as childcare vouchers from work schemes and Tax Free Childcare payments.

We do have limited term time only places within our pre-school room only.

We are open Monday to Friday 7.45am to 6.00pm. We have a range of flexible sessions which can be found in our prospectus.

Sibling discounts are on offer, depending on the sessions taken up with the nursery.

We require 1 month's written notice (or 1 half term for term time children) in order to reduce the hours and/or sessions you have booked for your child or to completely terminate your child's space at the nursery. We can increase the hours and/or sessions you have booked with no notice, subject to availability.

Due to parent preference and children's allergies and intolerances, we ask all parents to provide nappies, wipes, cream and formula milk.

For children who are not funded, our session prices are inclusive of all meals and snacks. Once your child is in receipt of Free Entitlement, for sessions where Free Entitlement is utilised, the cost of any wraparound charges, including meals will be shown on your invoice.
